At Welzee, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review the guidelines below to understand how our returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges work.


Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.
  • To begin a return or exchange, please reach out to us via email with a clear explanation of the issue.
  • Items must be sent back in their original condition, including all tags and labels.
  • The product tag must not be removed, as it serves as proof of authenticity.
  • Returned items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • Products should arrive back to us clean and free from stains, tears, or marks.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any product that has been modified or altered after purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The return shipping fee of $20 is paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
  • Please use a shipping service that provides tracking and share the tracking details with us.
  • Items must be shipped back to the same warehouse address from which they were originally dispatched.
  • Returns or exchanges cannot be processed for size changes, style preferences, or color preferences.

Refund Policy

If you encounter any problem with your order—such as incorrect sizing, color variations, defects, or if the item differs from what is shown on our website—you may request a refund.

  • Contact our support team to submit your refund request. Our team typically responds within 24 hours.
  • Once the issue is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are available for both defective and non-defective items that meet our return requirements.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
  • Our accounts team completes approved refunds within 3 business days.
  • Additional instructions and updates will be shared through email.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for eligible items returned within 30 days, provided the product passes our quality inspection.
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will automatically issue a refund instead.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be fully cancelled within the first 24 hours for a complete refund.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but within 3 days will have a 30% deduction from the total amount.
  • Cancellations requested after 3 days will have a 50% deduction.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
