This return policy applies to orders shipped to customers in the United States.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Customers may request a return for non-defective items, including items that do not fit, items ordered by mistake, or items the customer no longer wants, within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, non-defective items must be returned in original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags and labels attached.
Customers may request a return or exchange for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.- To begin a return or exchange, please contact us by email with a clear explanation of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging included.
- Returned items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way. Products must be returned clean and free from stains, tears, marks, or signs of use.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. Any product that has been modified or altered after purchase is also not eligible for return or exchange.
- Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. Please do not send any item back without prior return approval.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking and sharing the tracking details with us once the item has been dispatched.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and shows no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
Refund Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter.
Refunds are also available for eligible returned items that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- To request a refund, please contact our support team by email with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue. Our team typically responds within 24 hours.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, and if applicable, once the returned item is received and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Any further updates or instructions will be shared with you by email.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability and product inspection.
If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment. If order processing or handling has already started, cancellation may not be possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
